We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Return Policy
We're sad things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase (date listed on your receipt).
You just can't return anything that's worn, washed, damaged, or altered. All original tags must be attached and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact.
Wrong Item Sent
We apologize for the mistake. If you were sent the wrong item please email us at hi@gold-soul.la and include your full name, order number, and message. We will send you a return postage via email so you can return the item. Please include the Return Order Form marked reason code 1. Once we receive the wrong item we will send you the correct item right away!
U.S. Returns
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge sent via email as store gift card, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $6.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit will be emailed to you via original email provided as gift card.
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat Store Credit like cash.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
